Refund Policy

Broadband Digital Activation Terms & Conditions:

  • Tariffs/Charges for the plans chosen are to be paid in advance and such charges are not refundable as this is a prepaid service.
  • The Company shall reserve the right to modify/withdraw this T&C including but limited to tariff plans and display the same on its website without notice to the Customer and such posting will be deemed to have been read by the Customer.
  • Interest-free security deposit to be refunded only through online and not cash, after return of assets in the same condition as at the time of receipt. The refund will be processed within 30 working days after acceptance of Optical Network Unit ONT by Ultra Internet.
  • ONT to be returned to a person appointed by Ultra Internet. It can be the local cable operator, Ultra Internet retail partner or any logistics company appointed by Ultra Internet to recover back the ONT from customer location. Please do not pay any amount to any individual person account on behalf of Ultra Internet. Payments are only acceptable in the company bank account.
  • If you discontinue the service or a refund within 30 days of connection, you will be refunded the total security amount. But if you apply for disconnection or a refund after 30 days then Rs 1000/- will be charged as installation charges that have been paid at the time of installation. After that, the balance amount will refund. When you discontinue the service after 6 months of connection you will get the full amount refund.
  • Any fault in ONT to be replaced by Ultra Internet within 5 working days from the time of raising complaint with Ultra Internet. Physical damage/ burned / not acceptable. It will be charge 2500/- for the device replacement.
  • Replacement of ONT due to upgrade / downgrade be done by Ultra Internet within 5 working days from the time of raising request with Ultra Internet.
  • You must renew your package within 5 days of expiry, after that you must have to return the device to company and got your refund if you have given at the time of installation.
  • Refund to be processed to the bank account provided at the time of registration or to the bank account / wallet linked to the phone number registered with Ultra Internet. No other bank account to be used for refunds. Cash and Cheque not to be used for customer refund.
  • The ONT devices provided by Ultra Internet against a security deposit will remain the property of Ultra Internet.
  • The speed committed under a plan is till the LAN port. Wi-Fi Speed is subject to customer premises in-house coverage & customer premises device performance.
  • If you did not inform Ultra internet within 30 days after the expiry of their package Ultra internet is not liable to pay any refund.
